Every Monday for lunch 12.15-13.15 we gather to connect to our intuition and find peace of mind. This is a time to focus on our vast inner world. You come as you are! Sometimes we sit in silence, sometimes we chant together. We use the ancient technology of Kundaliniyoga, like pranayama, mudra and eye focus to find balance and harmony, to strengthen our capacities, and find stillness. Includes Gong relaxation.
