MEN du måste utöva yoga, du kan inte bara läsa om det.  Du måste göra yoga av dig själv, för dig själv och med dig själv.     I invite you to come along on a fascinating journey to the coast of Morocco! This trip combines trekking with Kundaliniyoga and gives you a rare opportunity to discover the maritime culture of Morocco.
    Between Agadir and Essaouira on tapered trails along the cliffs or on the sand of the pristine beaches, hiking offers no particular technical difficulty. We will meet with the local fishermen and taste the local products along our journey, let the majestic ocean invigorate us and the unforgettable sunsets replenish our souls. You will have time for reflection and contemplation, chill out, be in silence (if you wish) and cherish each other. Through Kundaliniyoga and meditation we nourish and foster the soul, we realize our own potential and we achieve deep healing. Walk in the realm of the subtle; it has gifts for you!

Sadhana betyder ”ditt eget andliga utövande”.

Den 2 1/2 h långa Sadhana som Yogi Bhajan lärde ut för den här tiden, The Aquarian Age, innebär att vi börjar med att läsa Japji, ca 20 min, gör yoga i ca 1 timme följt av 1 timmes sång meditation innefattande 6 mantras.

Yoga klassen är ingen klass i den vanliga bemärkelsen utan jag leder – talar enbart om vad vi gör. Allt annat sker i tystnad. Detta följs av sång meditationer (se ovan) sittande i skräddarställning, händerna i Gyan Mudra. Det finns upptryckta stenciler med texten på Gurmukhi och den engelska översättningen.
